Give Your Training Meaning
Many of us come to the iron sport with a specific purpose in mind. For
some, it’s to bulk up; for others, it was to burn flab and get lean.
Whatever the case, many of us start lifting purely for the fun of it
somewhere along the way. That’s fine, but why not give your training
more purpose or a new goal that drives your every workout? Dream big and

cross-training with a different routine or sport. Whether it’s cycling,

your routine can help you become a more well-rounded athlete. Don’t
